The falling film evaporator is suitable for the concentration and crystallization of feed liquids in industries such as biochemical engineering, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, wastewater treatment, and inorganic salts.

Characteristics of falling film evaporator equipment:
1. The material has a short heating time and a low evaporation temperature (evaporating under negative pressure), making it suitable for the evaporation and concentration of thermosensitive materials;
2. The system can be easily operated under automatic or manual conditions, with easy cleaning and reliable operation.
Evaporation efficiency and evaporation capacity:
The falling film evaporator can be made into single effect, double effect, three effect, four effect, five effect and other equipment with different evaporation capacities according to customer needs.

Working principle of falling film evaporator:
Under the influence of gravity, vacuum induction, and airflow, the falling film evaporator forms a uniform film that flows from top to bottom. During the flow process, the steam generated by the shell side heating medium vaporizes and enters the separation chamber of the evaporator together with the liquid phase. The steam and liquid are fully separated, and the steam enters the condenser for condensation (single effect operation) or enters the next effect evaporator as the heating medium, thus achieving multi effect operation. The liquid phase is discharged from the separation chamber.
