1. Product Introduction

Shear beam weighing sensorSpecially suitable for container weighing scales, hopper scales, and platform scales. WL230SB-SSA sensor, compliant with OIMLR60 trade grade, reaches 3000d, ranging from 500kg~1t, with a connecting cable length of 3 meters, and from 2t~5t, with a connecting cable length of 6 meters.

Rated load: 5t, no explosion-proof. If explosion-proof is required, a separate explosion-proof model can be ordered. Rated temperature range Btn-10~40 º C, working temperature range Btu-35~65 º C, sensor material (DIN): stainless steel, protection level in accordance with EN60529; IEC60529IP68。

2. Product Design

Shear beam weighing sensorThe measuring element is a shear tension spring made of stainless steel, with several strain gauges attached to it. The strain gauge is arranged at a 45 degree angle to the longitudinal axis of the spring body, and therefore will be subjected to shear force. Under the influence of the load acting in the measurement direction, the elastic body and the corresponding frictional locking strain gauge will undergo elastic deformation. This generates a measurement signal voltage proportional to the load.
