Working principle of TES series three-axis elliptical sieve

The TES series three-axis elliptical vibrating screen consists of a motor, transmission device, exciter, screen box, rubber spring, chassis, damper, etc.

The power is transmitted from the motor to the active shaft of the exciter and the gear vibrator (with a speed ratio of 1) through a V-belt, achieving three shafts rotating at the same speed and generating excitation force. The exciter is connected to the high-strength bolt of the screen box, producing elliptical motion. The material moves along with the high-speed elliptical motion of the screening machine on the screen surface, quickly layering, sieving, and moving forward, ultimately completing the classification of the material.
