Instrument Overview

This machine is used for the preparation of dumbbell shaped specimens in non-metallic tensile tests, and can prepare dumbbell shaped specimens, elongated specimens, or other specimens of various sizes. High sample preparation efficiency, accurate sample size, and equipped with cutting debris absorption device to ensure environmental hygiene.

Sample specifications that can be prepared

1）Type I and II dumbbell shaped specimens as specified in GB/T8804-2001 "Test Method for Tensile Properties of Plastics".

2）According to GB8802-88 "Determination method for Vicat softening temperature of rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) pipes and fittings" and GB1633-79 "Test method for Vicat softening point of thermoplastic materials", Vicat specimens with a thickness greater than 6mm are specified.

3）Sample length ≤ 250mm, width 20~50mmA long strip specimen with a thickness of ≤ 70mm.

4）Compliant with GB/T8804.2 and GB/8804.3
