1、 Data export steps:
Connecting devices: Pair the sound exposure meter with a computer/phone via USB, Bluetooth, or Wi Fi;
Launch supporting software such as Bruel&Kjaer's Noise Partner, Casella's CapSure, etc;
Synchronize data: The software automatically identifies the device and downloads the original file (usually in. csv or. xlsx format) containing parameters such as timestamp, instantaneous LAeq, peak LCpeak, etc.
2、 Key points of data analysis:
Time distribution chart: Draw the noise variation curve over time and identify high noise periods (such as the start stop of the press machine and forklift operations);
Statistics of exceedance events: Screen time periods exceeding 85 dB (A) or 140 dB (C peak) to assess the risk of hearing loss;
Task correlation analysis: Based on workers' work logs, correspond the peak noise level with specific operations (such as polishing, loading and unloading);
