After the 6.8 magnitude earthquake in Dingri County, Shigatse City, Xizang, the ecological environment departments at all levels of the autonomous region responded quickly and took immediate action, selected business backbones to form an emergency monitoring team, rushed to the epicenter of the earthquake in Dingri County as soon as possible, and focused on monitoring and analyzing the water quality of drinking water sources at the county, township and village levels in the disaster area and the status of surrounding pollution sources, so as to timely and accurately grasp the environmental conditions in the disaster area.
